TIFFANY - FOUNDER
Tiffany is an actress and classically trained ballerina whose career includes roles in theatre, film, and television series.  Tiffany has a passion to inspire others through her own story. She loves to design beautiful, meaningful and timeless surroundings that span across many styles and are accessible to all.  Her mission is to use her platform to impact those around her through faith, hope and love. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in management, finance, and communication. Tiffany founded Rosie & Co. as an outlet to inspire and encourage others to dream big and radiate beauty wherever you are. She believes that what defines attractiveness is way above outer appearances; magnetic and irresistible charm take it’s beginning inside the heart. True beauty is reflected within the soul.

She established, Rosie Outreach, with the vision to help children grow as confident, and caring human beings by working to reduce the negative impact of stressful or traumatic life events and situations that affect the development, health and well-being of infants, children, youth and families.

KRYSTLE - CO FOUNDER
Krystle is a self proclaimed “fashionable” biologist. She is the Director of UT Southerwestern's Stimulation Program.  Prior, she led the successful program growth and system-wide integration of the University of Wisconsin Simulation Center, a joint venture between the School of Medicine and Public Health and UW Health. One of fewer than 40 individuals worldwide with a Master of Science in Medical and Healthcare Simulation, and a recent student of the MUSC Doctorate of Healthcare Program. She is an active member of the Society for Simulation in Healthcare, the American College of Surgeons, and other professional organizations, and she has a strong interest in global health, as evidenced by her ongoing work in Ethiopia, where she has led two simulation centers’ growth.  Krystle has a meaningful understanding of the intersection between health, biochemistry and physiology.  Her passions shine through her bubbly, warm-hearted personality. Krystle dreams of a world where education, and sophistication blend seamlessly to amplify inner feminine beauty.
